What I Do
I help companies build data infrastructure, make sense of their data, and ship AI that actually works. Most of my consulting is through Fly My Cloud.
- Data engineering — pipelines, warehousing, semantic querying, and making sure data is where it needs to be in a shape that's actually useful
- Data science & ML — from exploratory analysis to production models
- LLM integration & AI agents — building with large language models in ways that are genuinely useful, not just impressive in a demo
- Fractional/advisory CTO — if you're a startup that needs technical leadership but not a full-time hire
How I Work
I work backwards from the business problem — starting with end users and stakeholders, understanding what they actually need, then figuring out the engineering to get there. I prefer short, focused engagements over long retainers. Expect honest assessments and hands-on delivery.
